Trump Threatens Military Action Against Iran, Claims 1,000 Missiles Loaded

On the evening of July 10th local time, U.S. President Donald Trump posted a statement on social media, issuing a threat of military force against Iran.

1000 missiles are loaded, aimed at the Islamic Republic of Iran. He wrote: "If the Iranian government fulfills its threats of assassination against the current US President (that is, me) in various locations around the globe, thousands of missiles will launch immediately!"

Trump threatened that he had given orders, and the US military was prepared to "destroy all regions of Iran completely at any time, within one year (with an extension possible)."

Before Trump made this threat, there were reports that Israel claimed “Iran would assassinate Trump”.

On the 8th local time, after attending the NATO summit in Turkey, Trump returned to the United States using the old version of the 'Air Force One' jet, rather than the new jet gifted by Qatar and modified for his use.

The Associated Press reported that this unexpected change in the special plane happened at a time when the United States and Iran were once again launching air strikes on each other. This has raised concerns about security: images show that the special plane donated by Qatar is not equipped with certain missile detection and countermeasures systems.

During the flight, Trump denied to reporters accompanying him that the change to a different aircraft was due to concerns about security threats from Iran. When asked whether he was aware of any credible threats from Iran to Air Force One, Trump avoided answering the question.

I've always been under threat, I am one of their top target list. He repeated his statement from eight days earlier that he is one of the "major assassination targets" in Iran.
