At the invitation of Premier Li Keqiang of the State Council, Prime Minister Anuerdjitej Vadhana of Thailand will visit China from July 16 to 20.
Anuinth, born on September 13, 1966. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from Hofstra University in New York State, USA, and a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Chulalongkorn University in Thailand. He has been involved in business for a long time. In 1996, he entered politics. In 2012, he became the leader of the Pheu Phai Party. In September 2025, he was elected as the 32nd Prime Minister of Thailand. He was re-elected in March 2026 and also served as the Minister of Interior.
In an interview with CCTV’s "High-End Interview" in 2023, Anu Ting said, "I am also a 100% descendant of Chinese people. My parents, grandparents, and great-grandparents all came from China. I was born in Thailand, and I have a Chinese name (Chen Xiyao). Our family always speaks Cantonese. Because of this sense of closeness, I am very happy whenever I see Chinese people."
In September 2025, the Chinese Embassy in Thailand held a reception in Bangkok to celebrate the 76th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China. Anu Ting attended the reception and delivered a speech wishing China prosperity and strength. At the end of his speech, Anu Ting said in Chinese: "We wish the People's Republic of China long life."
