According to reports by Iran's National Broadcasting Television (IRIB) on the 18th, Iran's Deputy Foreign Minister Garrig Barbadi stated that Iran has ceased fulfilling the Memorandum of Understanding between Iran and the United States.
When asked about whether the US has contacted the Iranian side regarding the negotiations in recent days, Garriga Barbadi replied: “We were already in the process of negotiations. Unfortunately, the Americans themselves carried out these aggressive actions and violated their commitments under the Islamabad Memorandum of Understanding.”
He added, “What we are doing now is to provide a unified and resolute defense for the country. I believe that the United States has also received their response—these aggressive actions will not yield any results to them. If they are wise enough, they should choose other solutions.”
Gary Buffaidi emphasized, "Our current solution is to firmly defend our country and teach the invaders a lesson."
"Regarding the previously signed Memorandum of Understanding between the United States and Pakistan, Tariq Abbas said: “In fact, the United States has violated all its commitments, stopping them entirely. We have also stopped all our commitments within this Memorandum of Understanding framework, and we are no longer fulfilling any of them."
