This set of numbers is used to protest Trump’s iconic slogan: In American slang, “86” can be used as a verb, meaning to drive someone out of a bar due to drunkenness or improper behavior. Trump is indeed the 47th president of the United States.
Since “86” also has a similar meaning of “killing”, this slogan is often interpreted by the Trump administration as a personal threat directed at the president.

White House spokesperson Davis Ingle responded by stating that "Any promotion, recognition, or glorification of political violence or inciting assassinations must be condemned with the strongest force."
He angrily said, "Such people should immediately seek psychiatric treatment for the 'Trump Delusion Syndrome', a severe condition that has caused behavioral incapacities. This disorder has distorted their brains, leading to mental disturbances."
The jurisdiction for National Plaza is the U.S. Department of Interior. In a statement, a spokesperson from the department described this incident as “crazy and deliberate vandalism,” and stated that such acts will not be tolerated.
The spokesperson said, “The Interior Department takes any threats against the president very seriously. The U.S. Park Police will investigate this incident thoroughly and hold the perpetrators fully accountable.”
This incident occurred at National Square in the United States, just a few days away from the joint fight championship held on Sunday (the 14th) on the lawn of the nearby White House. In addition, several celebrations to mark the 250th anniversary of the founding of the United States are planned for National Square this summer.
According to American media reports, witnesses said that around 1 PM on Thursday, multiple emergency vehicles blocked the area, and members of the National Guard seemed to be directing the public away from the grassy areas.

The Secret Service and the Federal Bureau of Investigation stated that the investigation into this incident is handled by the United States Park Police, and they are unable to comment further. A source within law enforcement told CNN that once the suspect is identified, the Secret Service will work together with the Park Police to carry out further investigations.
According to a spokesperson from the Park Police Department, the exact reason for the discoloration of the lawn remains unknown. Staff have collected samples for testing.
According to NBC reports, this month, a U.S. federal judge in another case stated that the number '8647' itself posed no threat, and ruled that protest flags with this number flying outside the Washington federal court did not need to be removed.
