October 15th, Wu Xing District People's Hospital in Huzhou, Zhejiang reported:
Recently, online reports stated that two employees of our hospital died in Thailand during a trip. After preliminary verification: Our hospital employee Wang Moumou and Wu Moumou drowned at a hotel pool on Samui Island in Thailand on October 9th, due to their private trips there. On October 13th, our hospital received the notification from the embassy of Songka General Consulate about the incident.
After verification by local police and on-site confirmation, the rumors about the two people being murdered and having their organs removed are false.
Currently, our hospital has arranged for staff to accompany family members to Thailand to handle the aftermath of the incident. We will take appropriate steps to ensure proper follow-up efforts. Our hospital will also strengthen reminders for employees regarding safety when traveling abroad. We ask all netizens to refrain from believing or spreading rumors, and to work together to maintain a clean and healthy online space.
