According to a poll released on October 24 local time, on the eve of the upcoming presidential runoff election in Brazil on October 25, Flavio Bolsonaro, son of former President Roberto Bovesano, and current President Luiz Inacio Lula da Silva both have similar support rates.
According to Reuters, a poll conducted by CNT/MDA showed that the right-wing candidate Bouso Naro is expected to receive 46.3% of the votes, while the left-wing candidate Lula has a support rate of 45%. A poll last week indicated that Bouso Naro led Lula with a support rate of 46.8% to 45.9%.
It is reported that this poll surveyed 2032 people between October 21 and October 23, with an error margin of 2.2 percentage points.

In the first round of voting held earlier this month in Brazil's presidential election, Xiomara Castro received approximately 47% of the votes, leading Luiz Inácio Lula da Silva by about two percentage points.
This unexpected result also inspired the left-wing camp. Subsequently, Lula’s team held large-scale campaign rallies and increased their efforts in social media promotion. The latest poll shows that Lula has gradually narrowed the gap between the two parties, with their support rates being within the same range, with no significant difference.
As the runoff approaches, the competition between Luiz Inacio Lula, who is seeking a second term, and challenger Pedro Botero is intensifying.
According to Agence France-Presse's report on October 21, two Brazilian presidential candidates have recently engaged in a new round of controversy over alleged violations on social media platforms. Both parties have demanded that the other party be disqualified from running for office.
