On October 31, Ali Abdullahi, the Chief of the General Staff of the Iranian Armed Forces, stated that the Iranian Armed Forces have prepared a new list of US and Israeli targets and assets, covering a wider geographical area. “We will respond to our enemies with tremendous power and strength, without any geographical limitations.”
Abdullahi warned that any further attacks by the United States or Israel would face a new method, an “unthinkable response”.
He added that Iran will decide how the war will end.

Earlier that day, Iran’s supreme leader, Ali Khamenei, ordered that Iranian senior military commanders should respond promptly and effectively to any new aggressive actions against the country, without regard to geographical boundaries.
Mujebata also ordered a comprehensive update of the military targets database, ensuring that all tangible and intangible assets of the American and Israeli enemies are under the control of the armed forces.
Iran's Chief National Security Council Secretary, Mohsen Rezai, posted a warning on social media that day, stating that if any actions were taken against Iran, "we will use new weapons to deliver devastating blows to the invaders."
In that interview, he also stated that if war were to break out again, Iran might withdraw from the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty. Additionally, the Iranian military would carry out devastating attacks against the United States.
