The source said that at the beginning of the multilateral talks, the American delegation and the conference organizers originally planned to arrange a handshake and photo session between the United States and Iran. However, the Iranian delegation refused to participate. After Iran's opposition, the live broadcast and photographing sessions continued without the participation of the Iranian team, which only entered the venue later.
Sources added that the American delegation requested a five-minute delay before the talks began, so that journalists could leave the negotiation site.
