On the 3rd local time, the Kuwait Ministry of Foreign Affairs summoned the representative of the Iranian Embassy in Kuwait and submitted a memorandum opposing Irans continuous hostile actions against Kuwait.
The Kuwait Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced that it has decided to reduce the number of personnel at its embassy in Iran. It also declared two Iranian diplomats unwelcome guests and ordered them to leave Kuwait within 24 hours.
