On the same day, Igor Sechin, Executive Secretary of the Russian President's Energy Development Strategy and Ecological Security Committee, and President of Rosneft, stated at the forum that in the first seven months of 2026, Russia's oil exports to China reached 67 million tons, accounting for a record 23% of China's total imports.
He mentioned that Russia has been the largest source of oil to China for four consecutive years, with an annual supply exceeding 100 million tons.
