According to TASS reports, on October 18, Russian President Vladimir Putin's press secretary Peskov stated that it has not yet been decided whether Russian President Putin will attend the G20 Summit in Miami. "As of now, no decision has been made."
Russian G20 affairs coordinator and director of the Expert Bureau of the Presidential Office, Denis Aggafanov, previously stated at a press conference of the Russian Embassy in Washington that the decision regarding whether Putin will attend the G20 summit will be made closer to the date of the summit.
Previously, U.S. President Donald Trump said that he 'of course' hoped to meet with Putin at this summit, but he didn't know if the latter would come.
It is reported that the G20 leaders' summit will be held in Miami from December 14th to 15th.
