On October 20th, the day of the Dussehra festival, an organization in Delhi, India, burned a 30-foot-high model of a "rats" symbol.
The organizers said that cockroaches symbolize 'filth and dirt', and burning them is part of the 'Clean India' campaign, aimed at conveying the message that good overcomes evil.
