On October 23, U.S. President Donald Trump stated that he had not discussed with Elon Musk, the CEO of SpaceX, the limitations posed by Starlink satellite communication systems in Ukraine. "I haven't talked to him yet. I might have to do so, but I haven't. I heard that the problem has been resolved, but if it hasn't been, I will talk to him."
"If you have any questions, I'll solve them." Trump said.
He also told reporters, “Musk will never do anything wrong. I know him very well; he is a fair person.”
On October 22, The Wall Street Journal reported, citing U.S. officials, that Trump called Musk on October 21 to request that Musk lift the restrictions on military-grade "Starlink" services in Ukraine.
Regarding this, Trump responded, "I won't comment on it. Anyway, he has restored it."
However, Ukrainian President Zelenskyy stated on the 23rd that the terminal speed limits for "Starlink" and "Star Shield" have not been lifted yet, which has caused difficulties for the Ukrainian army.
