According to relevant laws and regulations, with approval, it is decided to take relevant measures against 46 American companies in government procurement activities. The details are as follows:
1. In government procurement activities, the purchaser shall not purchase products manufactured by 46 American companies (excluding US-based companies operating in China).
II. This notice shall come into force as of the date of issuance.
