On September 23, Tesla CEO Elon Musk gave an interview with CCTV Finance, discussing the Chinese market, cutting-edge technologies, and his latest thoughts on future cooperation.
"China is amazing; it's an incredible country. I encourage people from all over the world to visit China and explore on their own."
Musk said that as long as there is time, one should visit China whenever possible. "I recommend Shanghai, Beijing, and Xi'an. You can experience the efficiency of high-speed trains from Shanghai to Beijing."
Speaking of the high-speed train journey from Beijing to Xi'an, he said, "It was an amazing experience! You really need to look out of the window. Don't keep staring at your phone, because there is so much to see. Everyone should go and experience this, to see what China has to offer. No words can fully describe the incredible beauty of China."
In mid-August this year, Musk posted on social media praising “China is amazing. I strongly recommend everyone to visit”. His mother, Meya Musk, also agreed, saying “I feel safe, so I enjoy visiting China”.
